The professional services provided by Michael Gamble Funeral Directors enabled what could have been a difficult occasion to instead be a very positive experience. The guidance and support given by Alison in bringing together all of the arrangements was outstanding. The care shown by Patsy in her attention to detail was exemplary and matched by her sensitivity. This is one of many funerals my partner and I have needed professional help in arranging. Without doubt this funeral organised by Alison and conducted by Patsy has, for both of us, been an example of excellence.

The whole process from when my dad was collected from the nursing home to the funeral was treated with respect and courtesy from every member of staff that I came into contact with. The friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. For something that is very difficult to deal with the team were nothing short of amazing. I was guided every step of the way and never felt alone or that I could not pick up the phone and speak with someone. When I chose the coffin I made a comment that it had silver handles and my dad liked gold, Alison made sure the handles were changed to gold..That level of care and attention is not very often seen these days. The feedback that I received from family and friends afterwards was all positive. My dad would have been proud and would have enjoyed his own funeral. One more thing that I thought was really special and meant a lot was on the evening my dad passed away. After placing dad into the hearse, Dean came to me and said some very kind words as he had known my dad. That is one of the things that stands out to me and at that moment it meant so much to me.

The whole team were so kind, helpful and professional, in particular Amanda Catchpole, who helped guide us and made a very difficult time more bearable, she was always at the the other end of the phone when needed, such a lovely lady. Patsy also showed great compassion and respect as did the whole team.
